Apart from this, there are certain software which even helps the talent team to prioritize which vacant position to be closed first, based on the job complexity and company requirement. Machines can go beyond just reviewing the candidates resume, to evaluate the person’s online presence and compare it with the existing successful employee in the same role, to decide if the new candidate is suitable for the company’s culture and other compatibility.

Interview Scheduling
Previously, interview scheduling was a laborious process where the candidate would be intimated through calls and e-mails. But today, the AI personal assistants like Amy and Clara Labs would schedule the interview seamlessly without wasting much of the interviewer’s time. With this, the HRs can focus on much more important and productive work.

Surveys suggest that about 58 percent of employees, who undergo structured onboarding process, are likely to retain in the company after three years. HRs can automate the joining process with the tools such as and chatbots which can collect the required information from the candidates, generate their offers, send out the documents and also answer all their queries. The queries may range from post interview status to joining formalities.

Reduces Bias
The HR professionals intentionally or unintentionally tend to get biased during the interview process towards certain candidates. That could be based on the candidates’ age, religion, language, race, native and more. On the contrary, AI does not hold any importance for these personal details. Every candidate who appears for the interview is common in front of these machines; hence this would result in unbiased hiring process and provide cultural diversity in the workplace.
The main purpose of adopting AI in HR is to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the HR, and to provide a better employee experience. This technology would evolve further and that combined with the manpower will provide even advanced services to the employees.
